Ali Bli: New version not working on android 7. The latest update of Smiles app stop working on android 7 even on Google play is not preventing from installing it. Since android 7 still working on tremendous number of devices as well as other apps like Whatsapp still functioning perfectly on the same version so smiles apps should do the same. Etisalat app with latest updates also working fine. Please fix the issue

Saifuddin Limadiawala: The app need major development, the chat gets disconnect frequently plus it doesn’t connect to the same advisor again, makes difficult to communicate, one need to repeat entire story to new advisor again and again, the chat option should work independently without disturbing browsing to the app.. this is major problem this smile app need to overcome.. zomato has this feature, it doesn’t disconnect while you browse the app for further information
Nithin N: Please do not order food in this app,as I have ordered food from a nearby hotel by paying the cash upfront, since it is more than 1 hour from ordering tried to reach the hotel directly and as per the hotel person the food is already delivered!! I also had another bad experience, my other order was not delivered and I didn’t get any refund, I have been following-up via their chat support as they refused to give me any direct contact number, and they always promised me that I will be contacted but it never happened, this issue has been pending since February 2022. Would not trust this app ?
